delight > frustration

Listening : Paul Gilbert - Technical Difficulties

somethings are just meant not to be said.

well, finally i could find someone to confide my problems to. someone to share my happy times, someone to share my sad times. in case anyone's mind wandered off.. nope, i'm not seeing someone.

well.. as for frustrations...

FUCKING HELL!!!!

my guitar stand broke on me. that's not the worse part. it broke while my guitar was on it!! my guitar literally fell flat on the floor and now.. i'm not sure what that part is called but yeah, it's broken. it can't hold the 1st string in place so i'm now left with a spoilt 5 string guitar. it's still playable though, just that i have to bring it to a luther to get it replaced and get the intonation done at the same time.

on a lighter note, it's always been an eyesore to see that part not aligned with the width of the neck. have been thinking of changing away that part, and now, it's a must. just when i'm a little short of cash. GAH!!

calls are made and i'm not heard

humans are always skeptic with new things but once in a while, trying new things may open up a wider range of choices.

went to suntec with claris, jasmine and ai ying to celebrate claris's and jasmine's LONG GONE belated birthday. we are actually planning to have dinner at rice table but we while we are waiting for ai ying. we decided to look through the directory to see if there's something new for us to try.

initially, we want to go to try 'tuk tuk', a thai restaurant. but we are laughing our ass off with this rather funny name. or should i say, i'm making loads of jokes with this name. so we went off in search for a restaurant. passed by a turkish restaurant, the guy introduced abit and a single phrase 'try something new today' got our ass on the restaurant's chair.

the guy must be damn particular about the restaurant's service, their service was simply top notch. food's great, service's great. we even gave tips before we leave. i'm sure i'll be back there for another meal.

actually, i would like to try those restaurants that's opposite toy's'rus.

yesterday, went to hok san for mid autumn festival. that was the most slack mid autumn i've experienced. for the first time, i no need be the lion tail. i sort of escaped from it. secondly, i sort of showed off abit while drumming through the street filled with people and of course, pretty ladies. *grins*
went back, slacked, had dinner, chat awhile then went straight home.
