reality check back

1 more day to 17 october.. which means i haven't been updating my blog for going a month...

i didn't know when i didn't update my blog.. so many people will make noise.. some of them say they are bored, nothing to do so want to read updated blog. some of them just keeps checking back for updates.. well it's been stagnant for going a month now.. i think it's time..

sorry for making you guys see the headline ‘无言的结局’for so long.. i wasn't on my laptop when i blogged that entry so you can only read the 汉语拼音.

now, for the past 1 month, i have been working my ass off due to some reasons, which i will not mention in my blog where some tom dick and harry can just access and read. i practially have no life when it comes to this holidays. i work 7 days a week, either 12noon to 11pm, or 12noon to closing which is at 1.30am. the next day, i still will show up to work promptly. now you can see how desperate i am, in need of cash.

put those things aside.

let's start from our first class outing for the holidays, not much was planned. even ourselves don't think we will hang out till wee hours (wee hours for my class is 11pm to 12 midnight). or let's just say i pulled them with me to table 108 at chijmes for drinking. forgot what happened the whole day. maybe their entry can tell you something about it..

just a day before kiko loureiro's guitar clinic, i stumbled upon this little article written on him for some local music scene's magazine that i read while i was having lunch break when i'm working.



spending 20 bucks on his guitar clinic sure is fruitful. he gave a wonderful performance, he gave valueable advices. but it's also a spending night cause jerry wasn't able to make it cause he enlisted a day before the guitar clinic. talk about luck. so i bought him a cd and called kiko to sign for him. i gave it to him already though. i can see tears in his eyes when he got the cd. i hate to praise myself but damn i'm such a good friend.

i will let the pictures potray what i have to say. a picture paints a thousand words. or let's just say this is actually the last portion i'm doing. after typing so much, i really very lazy to blog every detail down. maybe if the class people are interested, go to yiling, liting or trixy's blog to read what actually took place. but basically, we are all kind of addicted to mahjong.

very last minute but some guys actually made it for the 2nd outing. but the number of people is kind of.. pathetic i would say. but well, it's very last minute, can't expect much people to take out time in such a short notice.

i wouldn't say i served them well. cause they kept calling me like i am ONLY serving their table. well, they had fun though waiting for me to knock off.

after they had dinner at my workplace, we went to clinic and seriously, that will be the first and the last time i will visit clinic. the people there are either working just for the money or simply, they are not cut for service line. seriously, asking a few cocktails that i want to try my luck to see if they have on bar. there's nothing wrong with it. they gave me stares as if i'm a guy in female clothings. seriously, if any one working at clinic see this entry, please train all your staff properly about how service line is like.

zhen ru and her bunch of cliques went to visit me or rather, to celebrate their friend's birthday. they came to my workplace to drink for a while before they head to somewhere else. it's nice catching up with some friends that you didn't contact for quite sometime. even at the expense of your supervisor scolding you and your managers yelling at you.

not that i'm dissing christianity. i have christian friends and don't have problems communicating with them. i respect their religion and i believe jesus do exist and did sacrifice for the sins of mankind. but it's the people who wrote about him after he left this world makes me feel that their words are twisted.

i'll do a translation for those who don't understand. believe in jesus, gain eternity.

what kind of message are they trying to put across? if you want to escape death, believe in jesus. if that's the case, I WANT to be a christian! i will not face the pain of death. everyone and anyone can escape from death!

imagine a murderer was sentenced to death. to be hung by the neck, but after the platform was opened, he kept struggling and shows no sign of stopping for the next 20 minutes or so. he thus survive the execution and was sentenced to life imprisonment. why? just because he's a christian, he gained eternity so he will not die.

i intepret this way to get the message accross.

in translation, armageddon is near, faster go church. faster go, meaning call you go and die. what a crude description i just made. but isn't the 2 things contradicting itself?

jesus said : "come with me by yourselves, to a quiet place and get some rest."

we all know that jesus left the world thousand of years ago. is this statement inciting death or encouraging people to commit suicide? think about it. how does this person, mark, know what jesus himself said. how much credibility can i give? christian knows that the holy bible is not written by 1 person. it's written by 4 person. they are written after the departure of jesus christ.
